The Formula

estimated_reach = followers × view_rate

base_rate = (estimated_reach / 1000) × CPM

adjusted_rate = base_rate × niche × region × engagement × tier

min_rate = adjusted_rate × 0.7

max_rate = adjusted_rate × 1.4
